News was released on Wednesday 29th July that the 2020 edition of the Crocodile Trophy would have to be postponed to 2021. “We unfortunately saw no alternative but to postpone the event to 2021,” said the race organisation.

The new date for the 26th edition of the Crocodile Trophy is October 15th in Cairns – finish in Port Douglas on 23rd 2021.

“Due to the high demand (also from e-bikers) we decided to increase the maximum number of participants to 200 in 2021,” added the organisers. “There will also be a 4 days Crocodile Trophy and other innovations.”

Registration is open from October 16th 2020 for the 2021 event, so if you have been looking to add a major stage race to your calendar, and COVID has got you setting some long range goals – here’s your chance!
